Inspired by the work of Hiroshi Yoshimura and other Japanese ambient artists from the 80s and early 90s, I set out to write an entire album using the FM sounds of the famous DX7 synthesizer.

I quickly decided to work around the theme of some sort of travel across a country.

This particular combination of creative constraints proved to be very inspiring, and I am quite happy with the result.

I hope you get as much out of listening to this album as i got out of recording it.
